Shipping and returns

Ottilo is not on sale yet. These are the terms we plan to launch with.

Shipping

• Orders ship from stock in the United States.
• Shipping is free on every US order.
• There are no import duties, taxes or courier fees to pay on delivery.
• Every order gets a tracking number by email.

Returns

You can return the Ottilo System within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened cartridge packs cannot be returned, because each cartridge is single-use.

Warranty

The pen and controller carry a 1-year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. If either part fails in normal use within that year, we will repair or replace it.
