Ottilo is a home microneedling system built around a solenoid pen and a desktop controller, and designed to be simple to buy in the United States.

Why we are building it

Solenoid systems with a separate controller have a loyal following among people who microneedle at home. Buying one in the US is another matter: most ship from overseas, take weeks to arrive, and can come with a courier’s bill for import duty on the doorstep. Ottilo keeps the design and changes how it reaches you.

What we are holding ourselves to

  • US stock. Orders ship from the United States, with free shipping and nothing to pay on delivery.
  • A quiet machine. The pen and controller are designed to a noise target of 55 dB or less.
  • Controls that stay out of the way. One dial, two buttons and a screen you can read at a glance.
  • Specifications we can stand behind. Every figure on this site is a design target until the production unit is tested, and we say so.

Ottilo is in development. We are working with manufacturers on the first production run, and this site shows the product as it is planned. Prices, specifications and images may change before launch.
